Courier Service

Alpha's courier service is provided as a courtesy to all clients within the region for the delivery of sample containers and/or pick-up of samples at your office or at the project site. We require a minimum of a 24-hour notification, but we will try to accommodate you in an emergency. In the event that we are unable to provide courier service, clients may pick-up sample containers or drop-off samples at one of our offices. For a set of directions to our facilities, click here. For sample delivery outside of our normal business hours, please call a client services representative for special arrangement.

All couriers are trained in proper chain-of-custody procedures for your convenience. Please note: All courier requests must be scheduled by e-mail below or by calling our office at 1-800-624-9220. Our couriers cannot accept verbal requests.

Schedule Courier Service

If you would like to schedule a sample pick-up, please fill out this form and click "Send Request". Once we have received your courier service order, we will email you within 24 hours of receipt as confirmation of your request. If we have any issues or concerns with meeting your request, you will be notified. We will then schedule your sample pick-up, as requested.
