About ADEx

Alpha Data Exchange (ADEx)

ADEx is a feature of Alpha's interactive web site and works as an extension of our highly sophisticated Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). It provides our clients with the availability to review job status twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

ADEx subscribed clients, can check, at their convenience, their project samples to determine if the report has been completed. ADEx also allows for immediate view or download of completed data in the electronic deliverable format of your choice.

ADEx is currently available to all Alpha clients. Each client is provided with an account Username and Password. For security reasons, all ADEx account information is provided to a single client-designated point of contact. We strongly urge all clients to request password changes to their accounts on an annual basis, or whenever deemed necessary, i.e. staff change.
