Some key changes to the VISL's are:
- Three compounds with an order of magnitude reduction which may require re-evaluation of sites
- Rapid Action Levels, most compounds now have RAL values
- Addition of Naphthalene & 2-Methylnaphthalene for HC sites
- New screening values effective January 16, 2013 for new sites
