Alpha Ranks 8th in the Country
Alpha Analytical is proud to announce the company has been ranked 8th among the top 25 U.S. environmental lab companies in the country according to the recently published Maxwell/ELWR 2012 Lab Survey and Analysis by Steve Maxwell of TechKNOWLEDGEy Strategic Group.
The 2013 ranking is measured in terms of environmental lab revenues based on historical FY 2012 revenues. According to the report, “There have been a few firms that seem to be relative success stories, and have experienced consistent growth over this time period. Alpha Analytical has been the most successful player within this group in terms of consistent and non-acquisition based growth through this time period, almost doubling their revenues over the six-year period.”
Alpha Analytical moved up from ranking 9th in 2011. This continued growth has taken place during a period in which the report described “2012 turned out to be a tougher year than expected…[S]everal factors contributed to a weak market – lower municipal and government spending across the board, a drop off in shale gas drilling activity,…general fears about the economy, the elections and the so-called fiscal cliff.”
